Painting the inside of your home is a great way to improve on the look of it. Find a store with a lot of paint samples and start trying to decide. It can be very hard to make the decisions of which color you want every room in your home. For the kids rooms, I would let them help you decide.
This home improvement project can make your home feel more like your own. It will show your personality in every room. You can get as imaginative with this project as you would like to do. Paint the room all one color, add a border, or go with 2 different colors. You can even place a border in the middle of the room. This looks great!
When we painted my daughters nursery, we purchased board to place in the center of the wall. We painted it pink. We used a light green color above it to paint up the to the ceiling. The ceiling of her room was left white along with the bottom of the wall. We put up the pink board right in the center. It looks amazing with green above and white below! You can do this with any room. Another way to do it is to just paint the border instead of placing board up on the wall.
In my other daughters room, we took sponges of different shapes that match her room decor. We then placed a border along the top of the wall. It is done in pink, blue, green, and yellow. You can do any color you would like to choose. If you would prefer, you can also purchase wallpaper border to put up in the rooms. These looks good and are very easy to place on the wall. You won’t be disappointed!
